Need help to post reply

Hi,
I am trying to post a reply to the "Wanted Late V8" section. In particular to "rbecraft" entitled Air Deflector". When I try the usual reply box a message comes up saying that I don't have permission to do that. I tried to PM him but wont work either. Please help;

Please read the rules for replying to ads. It's posted in several places. You must send a reply as a PM to the person looking or selling. In fact, it's the first sticky note at the top of the page here.

Thank you. I found that after the first try failed but the pm wouldn't go either. Wonder if his address is misprinted. Oh well..................
