How to remove the gas tank in 34 fordor sedan
The gas tank in my 34 sedan fordor is out of order, so It must be removed to repair or restore. Any helpful hints to remove it will appreciate.

Re: How to remove the gas tank in 34 fordor sedan
Remove the spare wheel/tire bracket, then the panel covering the gas tank, then the cross bar with the support for the spare wheel/tire bracket, and then the two triangular small panels on the rear sides of the frame (to gain access to the fasteners retaining the gas tank). Inside the car, remove the back seat bottom cushion and then the little access plate in the floor pan to expose where the gas line and gas gauge air line are attached to the tank and disconnect them from the tank. Once unfastened from the chassis frame the tank can be pulled straight out from the rear.
