Re: T5 or T10 swap
I used Crazydaddyo's conversion and am super happy with it. I used a stock bell housing and had to build an adapter for the clutch. I also read a t-5 tech on the HAMB and using Jeep, Astro van and s-10 parts you can get a real good gear set. the stock S-10 one I have the first gear is a bit lower than I would like. I would suggest it to anyone wanting to tour their A. Sorry that the frame isn't exactly Ford Barn Friendly. Still runs and drives like a model A.

Re: T5 or T10 swap
Binger, your second picture shows the disc where the 6 springs aren't held in place very well. Some of these have been known to throw a spring or two.

Re: T5 or T10 swap
Yes I am aware of that and that disc was used for mock up purposes. I have a better one in the car now. Thank you for keeping an eye out!
