Default cyl size limit of 32-34 block?

Need to know the bore limits of 32-34 block? Also limit if to be sleeved?

I bored mine out to.080 o/s....done 10,000 miles so far, no problems.

With a '32 block, anything beyond +.040 is an invitation to trouble and if it is a early '32 block beyond +.030 is a risk. You have more leeway with the '33 and '34 blocks, especially the latter.

I don't recommend over .060 on any block up 1936. 37 and up will go .125 usually with no problem. I did bore a 35 .080 over awhile ago, BOY, is it hard to find .080 flattop pistons. EGGE has them $350.00 set. Walt
