Scranton PA area VIN verification

Looking for recommendations for an inspection station to verify VIN for state title and registration purposes. Engine matches title. Hoping to find someone that will realize engine is serial number and avoid unnecessary drama. Thanks.

It was my experience that I took a photograph, did a pencil etching, got a notary signiture and took all to AAA. I have my title within 10 days.

I did not use an inspection station.

I've used norhteast tag and title never had a problem, I used the Clarks summit office
but they have other locations.

I've used Best Auto Tag many times and never had an issue. I'm by Valley Forge.

Any inspection mechanic can verify it, and state police. But all I've ever had to do was take a tracing to go to PennDOT.

I'm right over in Hawley by Lake Wallenpaupack. I took an older (1973) title for my 31 AA Truck to Northeast title and tag. Harrisburg kicked it back because there were no weights listed on the title but otherwise no issues.
