Default Help! Mystery Clevis Pin

So I am finishing up my solo clutch job and I get to the interior floorboards... Inside my bag with the floorboard screws I find this extra long clevis pin and cotter key. I do not know for the LIFE of me where this goes but clevis pins are important things! I double checked all my brake rods, clutch linkage, etc... This pin is nearly twice as long as all my linkage pins.

I'm afraid to go for my first drive after the clutch job for fear something will let loose! Come to my rescue!

Is that the pin on the bottom of the emergency brake?

It could be the pin that connects the pedal shaft collar . I think that a similar pin is used elsewhere but I can't remember where at the moment .

SOLVED!!! It is, indeed, the pin for the pedal shaft collar! I replaced it with a new pin and had forgotten.

I vote for pedal shaft end pin. Easy to check, either you have one or the end will slide of the clutch and brake shaft. Easily reinstalled. You do need it, so crawl under and look.
