Default 1950 Ford Cpe brakes

I have a 1950 Ford cpe with a rusty floor. I got new panels to replace it and a few frame outriggers. I am thinking about putting a two bowl system in to improve brakes. Any thoughts for simple and effective parts to use? This is my first post, Please be kind! LOL

I would suggest you check out Shoe Box Central.

A dual master cylinder won't improve your brakes; it may make it safer in case of failure; but only if installed correctly. I would definitely test it when completed.

I did put Shoebox Central dual master cylinder conversion on my ´50 Conv. Easy peasy thing even that you have to put 2 residual valves in the system.(my car is low) . I'm thinking front discs now after couple of "almost accidents" when reindeers jumped from the ditch when I was doing 70 MPH.
As said twin cylinder don't make brakes more effective....
