Default Seat belt mounting

Are the stock mounting points for hand straps in a Tudor strong enough to be used for mounting seat belt shoulder straps?

No way are those screws strong enough to withstand the "g" forces of a crash. Attach the seat belts to the body-to-frame bolts.

The rear of the door opening ( B pillar?) No! Wood inside bent sheet metal, when I was putting my car back together I looked at this area for shoulder belt mounts.

Agree, no way a wood Tudor pillar could support a shoulder belt installation. I have installed a 3 point retractable/detachable shoulder belt in a '31 Chrysler sedan by fastening it to the frame behind the rear seat. Should work the same with a Tudor. Very important that the belt not be fastened through the floor directly behind the front seat as this will cause spinal injury in a crash.
