HOW??? do you "restore" plugs??? Just clean them???? IF they're burned away & tired, just CAN them or use them for FISHING Weights or hang one on your Mirror or Key Ring--LOL

Thumbs up Re: Which plug do you run?

Purdy,

Good to hear from you and hope you and yours are all okay too. I still owe you one for that Simmons throttle shaft you gave me! I'm giving a Pertronix 40111 coil to a good friend for Christmas. I'm even going to say I
will install it for him. To prove to him it is the way to go, for Model-A's
on the go!

Take care and please continue passing on all the Model-A wisdom you have.

The "new" 3X (Champion 429) is available, cost ~ $30.00-40.00 per, depending on where you buy them.

Cheapest I have seen them lately in Amazon.com https://www.amazon.com/Champion-Plug...+3x+spark+plug

Like Purdy once said: "Power you can feel in the seat of your pants"!

(I'm REAL glad he said that, too, because I was wondering if I was having issues with my 'Depends')

I just bought...I mean Santa is getting me the Pertronix Flame-Thrower coil, because I've been a very good boy this year.
I run the W-18's, but I found a new 3X plug online for $15 (free shipping), just need three more.
