Radiator repair in the LA CA or San Bernardino area
Looking for a "new" provider.
I've been using a local shop in Ontario, who I've known since the mid-90's and they've been good but they are getting hard to deal with. (pretty much a one-person shop and the owner has some non-automotive interests that, although commendable, are not conducive to the smooth operation of a shop that does radiator/ac repair) Thanks for your input. |

Fontana Radiator.
http://fontanaradiator.net/ 17635 Arrow Blvd, Fontana, CA 92335 (909) 822-8737 Used them for radiator repairs on several flatheads as well as a new heater core for my '54 Ranch Wagon. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed. IMO

The place was always cluttered but it really got worse the last 15yrs or so, looked like a junk yard. About 4yrs ago I took a radiator in for my tractor as it had a small leak in the core. Ended up taking it back three times and it still leaked so I just put some stop leak and has been fine. Never been back, can't believe the city hasn't made them clean it up. |

I agree with all of that. I used to call on Roger when I was with Delco in the 90’s. The place is just thrashed nowadays. He’s heavily involved with SAR at the sheriff’s department, so his focus has not been at the shop. Last year an hour’s worth of work on a loose radiator took me about a week to get done.
