When did speedo change in 1930?
I am trying to date my car. It may have been built from pieces. I won't know much more until I lift the body and find the frame number. It has the Oval Speedometer. The engine is Diamond Block that is a restamp so that is not helpful.

Re: When did speedo change in 1930?
Oval speedometers were installed from beginning of production through June 1930.
RG&JS page 6-3 revised 2016 SPEEDOMETER Speedometers were manufactured by three companies. From the beginning of production through June 1930 speedometers had an oval shaped face. Except for the Northeast speedometer, they also had a trip odometer which was reset by a knob protruding through a notch beside the face. The reset knob was dull nickel.
