Default Need a new starter

Having to replace the starter on our new build 8ba. Thought I would try one of the high torque models. Anyone have any input one way or the other?

I don't think it is necessary unless you have built a big inch, hi-compression motor. If the starter is in good shape (a lot aren't) and you have proper wires and good grounds, you should be fine. Check the stock starter, get your wiring in good shape, and save $250.
