Family situation demands a quick sale of our 1931 Widebed Pickup. A great runner, we have put over 200 trouble free miles on LA freeways @ 53 mph average over the past month alone (total of about 2,000 on the engine since rebuilding). Truck comes with 6 matching powder coated red wheels, with the 4 on the ground having less than 1,000 miles on new Lucas tires. The other two have good tread on older tires. Ready to go where you need to take it.

• Correct for late ’31: indented firewall, sidebowl carb, slotted cast iron brake drums in front (originals) and solid cast iron in rear (from Mel Gross) all drums turned and shoes arced to match
• Brake shoes have 1,000 miles, seated well with no pulling or other brake issues
• New soft top
• Engine: approximately 2,000 miles on fresh rebuild; all new Babbitt, oversized intake valves, stainless exhausts, guides all inspected thoroughly, valve springs all checked and installed for correct pressure, Jim Brierley touring cam, sleeved to standard with new pistons and professionally refurbished rods, oil pump rebuilt with new gears, gasket Snyder’s 6:1 head,.
• Stock transmission cleaned up before install (flushed, gears and bearings checked), 3:78 rear has not been apart to my knowledge. New throw-out bearing, clutch and surfaced pressure plate installed
• 12v alternator and starter conversion with fused circuits
• Truck has seat belts installed
• Truck was completely stripped by hand to bare metal and painted with UV protected enamel in my garage. Honestly, it is a “10-footer”
• Interior is yet to be finished (luan door panels and kick panels installed over insulation. Amazing how quiet the truck is
