I need to get a battery for my '50. What is the part/model number of the Optima that I need? Thanks

Gene, I think it's 8010-44 and it's $112.59 on Amazon Prime. I've had really good luck with these in my six volt systems.

It is called a 6V Red Top. I use it and love it.

One of the other points mentioned a while back on this site (and convinced me) was that summit (in addition to matching price and free shipping) probably had a faster turn over of batteries than Amazon. The thought was less time sitting on shelf the better chance you getting stronger better battery.
