What is the best/ecomonical way to change the front to 5 on 4.5?

I was asking how to swap the front hubs to a 5 lug 4.5" pattern hub.

Take them to a machine shop and have them re drilled. No big deal.

Start by putting an ad in the wanted section for some that have already been changed (inquire about swapping), if no response then off to the machine shop.
