Default 27 Roadster Measurments

Can anyone tell me the length these should be?? Mine are rotten at the bottoms. Maybe I should add that these are the pieces right behind the doors. TY j

21 3/4 to bottom of the tack strip at the door and 22 near the rearas the body curves upward
