Another place to call would be Universal Tire. They share an ownership relationship with Coker. On their page for the 6.00R16” radial they show their recommended tube. Stu

Cobra......I bought the Coker's 5 years ago and never looked back. They look original and there is a big difference in the ride and handling. Expensive as hell, but I thought....I'll only buy them once !

When I bought tubes rated for use with radial tires (have both Coker & Diamondback) I found them at an Agricultural Farm Equipment Supply Store near where I live. They had them in stock as well as the plastic grommets that are needed to protect the valve stems from chaffing and failing where they connect to tube. These were quality tubes that sold at half the cost the tire dealers, as previously mentioned, were selling them for. I've never had a problem with either set of these radial tires that are mounted on stock '35, 4" wide, wire wheels.
