The hub on left is made with taper center. Would this be an early wire wheel hub?

Your wire wheel hub is the early 1925 version, fits small drum axles, as some were made late '25 prior to the intro of the Ford welded wire Model T wheel in mass quantity for the Improved Car, large drum rear axle in Aug. of 1925.
Your early small drum hub is a rather rare part! Here is one complete on the small drum: |

Yep real rare.
A few rare things happened for the '25's, including the first metal pickup box, and 'lug' containing small transmission brake drums like the later Aug Improved Car had but with the larger transmission brake drums! Here is dealer showroom photo, of a tricked out 1925, as its Christmas time, late in year, note the accessories on this T that is also standing on Ford welded wire wheels, and the rear wheels are mounted to those small drum rear hubs! |
