Ordered a oil breather set up to mount on filler pipe but just wondering what caused this problem when it didn't do it before. Also was wondering if a filler pipe and lid from a B model would stop this problem. My filler pipe has some baffels in it but the lid doesn't have anything inside it.

Did you re-install the filler tube the correct way. The baffles should be installed pointing in a certain direction. Refer to the Service Bulletins, Ford changed them several times in an effort to keep oil from escaping out of the tube.
