Thanks to all for the input. Now I'm thinkin', the lad misused the term cruiser. I was certain at the start that cruisers were add ons. Since only the 'big' players, with extra money went for them, along with the other usual add ons of the day. : Glaspacks, whip antennas, chrome tailpipe tips, flipper caps, inside trunk release, any thing that would hang on the mirror, extra bumper guards, lakers, and dumps, and maybe louvres and pinstriping ( not the stuff from Pep Boys) ooops, pardon the rant I must have gotten lost again!
