I get my electrical work done by a man in Strasburg, Va, who runs a shop in his garage behind his house, after retiring from a big shop in Winchester, Va. He says that NAPA has good regulators, if you get the best, over $60.00, most likely. Cheaper ones are worthless, according to him. I do as he says and have no problems.
