Since they are cast there is little chance they are assembled from two parts. Most likely a non Ford part. The 33-34 on/off lever is also used on other cars. I believe Southside Obsolete has the proper Ford style lever NOS.

They sure look like the same lever that was in my '33 Fordor that was a real nice original car. Maybe Ford had different vendors for this stuff?
