That cast bracket is an odd ball and I suspect was made post 1932. The pedals with the bracket are also unusual in that the evidence on the underside of one of them suggests that they were cast instead of forged like the originals.

There are very few surviving examples of Flatout's integral-with-the-K-member pedal mounting and even fewer of the earliest of all of the '32 pedal mounting setups used before the K-members were added to the frame (shown below).
