To me if you did a .080 over regular head gaskets are fine. Not really a over bore. But you have some burnt out areas of the copper gasket. Try a composite. I run a copper on a .060 over. No issues, I probably run a bit lean sometimes and heavy others. Plugs tell me.

It'd be weird if you had a iron/copper/aluminum reaction that quick. Assuming you have aluminum heads from previous post.
