I would have the "T" inside the frame rail. Have the line from the MC come into the back of the "T", the line to the left bracket come from the top of the "T" and the line to the right side come from the front of the "T" and that line follow the edge of the front crossmember. Following the edge you can anchor it in more than one place. I don't think the "T" should be out in the open like it is now.
