I run a constant pressure spray directly into the flutes from behind while running forward. Not it's intended use but works well and cleans up much easier than any other cutting fluid.

Piggybacking on what Mike said.
A lot of machinists, myself included, use it when machining Aluminum. I'm talking lathe and mill work. It helps keep the Aluminum from sticking to the tool, keeps the tool cool, and improves surface finish.
