Tom -- Assuming the circular hole in the center of this panel from below the rumble lid is stock (I believe it has something to do with rear spare tire mount --
FordBarners, please confirm or correct me!), let's go ahead and drill that into the new panel. As with everything else, I'm trying to get all panels back to factory spec, so when in doubt, that's the way to go. Thanks, -Jeff
