One of these? Correct?

1. these seem to be all new. The are rusty but not as bad as they look. Would you clean these with acid and paint them with bbq grill paint maybe?
2. Without a doubt i have those clamps but probably wont be able to find them. Is this stuff i can buy?
3. The flywheel in the picture i can use acid to clean this but i shouldnt sand blast it, correct?
