Buy a low current 5vdc buzzer off of ebay or Radio Shack. Wire it ACROSS the flasher terminals. When the flasher opens, the buzzer will sound. When the flasher is closed, no sound. Simple, low cost, effective. No need for two buzzers either. You can also buy a CLICKER that wires up identically but just gives a loud "CLICK" instead of a beep.
