Welcome to the family!
In order to compare apples to apples, I recommend you re-do the wet test again with a warm engine.
Interpreting results after adding oil:
+10psi increase good engine
+20psi increase normal engine
+30psi increase worn engine
NO INCREASE burned or stuck exhaust valve.
