Nice thing about these are, the fact they used stock coil ring/flywheels. That can really cut down on shipping cost as buyer can supply their own. While coil tester for sure not junk, those meters, one out of the two might be rebuildable, the other would be questionable. You might try posting on the Model T Ford Club of America site and ask, or just put an ad there in the classifieds. You might start out at 600 and can come down from there. You could say for local pickup, and would be willing to take the flywheel/coil ring off for shipping. Still, even with that weight removed, could get spendy for shipping.
