A quick check of toe-in can be done by feel. If there is too much toe-in, the inside edge of the tire tread pattern will feel very sharp compared to the outside edge. If there is too much toe-out, the opposite is true, the outside edge will feel sharp compared to the inside edge. When you have the correct toe-in, both inside and outside tire tread pattern edges will feel the same, slightly rounded. A very easy check for correct toe-in.
