You can see the passanger car column drop.

Car and pickup used the same windshield and garnish moldings. Scrib a line along the edge of the garnish on the truck dash and thats were you cut it
Then the car dash has a ledge to attach and is sandwiched between the garnish and the can just like it mounts in a passanger car.body. simple job.
Its were the edge meets the door openings has to be trimmed down.

I put a 41 car dash in a 41 pickup. 41 is wider and had to be sliced and diced into 5 pieces to fit.
a short cut would of been to do away with the ashtray and glove box but i wanted both to work.
