I certainly agree with the pluses on this fine video. It is most informative for a first time builder. My preference as far as the bushing goes is to maintain a max of .001 clearance between the big diameter on the rotor shaft and bushing. In all but a few cases the big diameter on the rotor shaft is worn out of round and usually tapered at least .002. Yep I turn the big diam to 100% cleanup and install an undersize bushing in the housing.......I bore the bushing to fit the now straight and round rotor shaft big

dia. A side note here when I bore the bushing to size especially on crab distributors it is quite amazing how far off the concentricity is..
