The hub on the left is for 1930-31 vehicles

The hub on the right is 1928-29 vehicles

They are interchangeable.

If this job was sent to us to put our new cast iron drums on these hubs, then we would have contacted the person who sent them and ask what year vehicle they had and we would swap one of our year appropriate hubs in replacement at no charge unless the hub was bad. We do this all of the time. This way if you need to pull your drums / hubs off, then you need only one type of hub puller.
