Herman Munster is correct, the Grille appears to be 1963 without the black paint that gave the effect that they were individual small strip. Also the Chrome Trim on the Hood and Door appears to be 1963. Nineteen sixty three was the last year of the Unibody F Series Fords. Check out this Factory Photograph of a 1963 Ford F100 Unibody.
