I made a mistake. That PN is for an FE. You want -

EAA 6598-A - Spring Washer

The solid washer is -

EAA 6590-A - Washer - Rocker Arm Shaft

Steel - 1.26" O.D. - .81 " I.D. (So this will be the sizing - Size not given in MPC)
