Reason being, folks might forgo this years events in favor of waiting for what they feel might be a better event for them the following year.
I'm also thinking the board is in charge of this GNM since I was recently contacted by a board member to help out with an activity at the meet.
The early registrarion forms were available at Chantilly, but I have no idea who to contact now for one of these forms.
