As almost all flywheels use a "shoulder bolt" - you probably have shoulder bolts where the shoulder section is too long. I would take the pressure plate back off and check the bolts and the holes to see if they are correct for the application. If not, you can go onto Jegs or Summit and find the right ones. I tend to buy new ones anyway - as I like to have ARP hardware where flywheels and clutches are concerned.
