The depth of the trans crossmember dictates the height of the rear transmount. Also, all the 48 to 52 F1s had cable operated underdash ebrake; same ebrake setup also used 48-50 F2 and F3. 51 and 52 F2 and F3 swapped to the band style ebrake in use since 48 on the F4 through F6 trucks. F1 4 speed driveshaft is unique to F1 only. 48 to 50 F2 and F3 drive shafts are longer than the corresponding 51 and 52 drive shafts due to ebrake change. Hope this helps.
