The middle coil is a Ford script coil; the one on the left is stamped “Standard” and both fit without issue. The too tall coil is not marked on top but has SME stamped on the underside.

Is the SME stamped or etched?? If etched it is most likely a coil skip
rebuilt for you or someone else. You may be able to swap it out with
him. G.M.
