I've got an accelerator pedal that needs a new spring. As you know I have to take that assembly apart in order to do that. Is that pin that holds the spoon to the rest of the assembly a rivet? Would a roll pin work? Also, are all replacement springs the same or does someone have a better/best one?

I tried a search on this but didn't come up with much. Thanks for any help.
