Thanks for the photos. It does appear that the rears may be shorter, but they also have a different curve where they bolt to the bumper. I have a '46 grille guard on my '48 coupe. I was hoping to put some short (smaller) bumper guards that would match the front shape on the rear. Obviously the rear guards on a woody would not work on the rear bumper of a '48. Your photos were very much appreciated.
