Starting on the drivers side panel first.

Removal of the diy bumper and tailgate slides proved fun. Welds and brazes galore. Drilled out spot welds thru the stake bed pockets. These along with the rear frame member will be ordered.

Removed the inner frame, cut out the bad, replace with metal, weld grind and repeat.

Passenger side started.
