Tillotson Carb Idle
Earlier today I "rebuilt" a Tilly 'X' carb.
Installed on car and started it up.
From start up thru warm up, and after, I could not adjust the semi fast idle down at all.
All parts are connected properly.
Retarding spark all the way caused idle to slow and car started to stall out.
Suggestions/recommendations requested. Thanks!
