UPDATE: Motor locked. I read several dissertations on how to remove the starter and now that I screwed up I have the starter shell out on the ground BUT the armature and nose are "locked" solid in the bell housing.

Probably going with a new starter/bendix.

Any suggestions on how to get the rest out???
