I brought a repo Tank for my 34 However could not get the original hydrostatic gauge to read right and I worked out that as the repo tank needs an adaptor plate to use the original gauge hence the sender unit was sitting to high- I cut out an original sender attachment area out of an old tank that had rusted out at the bottom and welded it into the new tank . Works fine . -Karl
