You can see an indented area with rounded corners behind the door. I'd guess the cab is a cutoff A (as opposed to AA) delivery body.

A friend had a 29 AA with a regular truck cab and a grain body similar to the one in the OP. The bed was aftermarket with a hand-cranked dump - pretty neat.
