Jeff, I truly believe the burden is on the shipper. We all have good and bad stories to share about the transport companies.

True.

Lanny says to have them put a 'Fragile' sticker on the box. That may be a sign for the guy loading the truck to drop-kick the thing into the truck

I spoke to the Auction house Wednesday as I saw there were 'updates' on several items I was interested in. The descriptions had been changed on two items and two were completely gone from the listing and had been removed. I asked them what was up with that. The auction house owner told me that Tuesday night as they were setting up, a table was knocked over and the items that had new descriptions and the items that had been removed had been broken and or damaged.

That's not a good sign, they haven't even reached the sale date yet
