In looking at the pictures shown it has a later Gas Tank, Choke Rod, Instrument Panel, Gas Gauge Etc. Both Clutch and Brake Pedals are also of the later type..As Gary said, the Body is of a later style used for that early of a Truck. One good picture of the engine # area would tell the "REST OF THE STORY"
